My items are custom made & ship from my production partners - Cancellations up to 8 hrs after purchase. Return policies are item specific (refer to listing). Exchanges are not possible. I require clear photos & sometimes video in cases of damage or misprints before I can replace or refund.
Approved returns Must come back to My Address in Ontario, CANADA, by a tracked postal service and marked Return Merchandise for Customs Clearance.** I Deduct any COD or Other fees incurred by me for Returned Item**
NOTE: I am no longer able to accept Change of Mind Returns. Please be aware, Colors can differ
from screen/monitor to real life item seen under varying lights. Minor colour variations are not accepted as a reason for refunding.

I am only able to gift wrap prints as all other items are printed with my designs and your purchase is fulfilled by my manufacturing partners.

Most of my items are possible to order in larger quantities. Prices depend on the quantity you would like, and can differ depending on the item. Please reach out if you would like a large quantity of my prints or items featuring my printed designs.

**Canadian Buyers may encounter customs fees on items I fulfill from the USA**

If purchasing cross border you may be subject to duty, taxes or VAT at your end. Please know that I am unable to determine if you will have to pay these fees to receive your purchase from me. This is determined by your own Country's Government, and it is your responsibility to make yourself aware of that information from your Government's website.

My listing nor shipping prices include any Upfront or Prepaid Vat or duties in them. I as the shop owner have no hand in the collection or remitting of any Vat, duty or taxes and don't refund for any you may incur.
Digital download purchases, Etsy will collect and remit any VAT due at the time of your purchase.

I prefer not to ship any purchases as Anonymous gifts to your intended recipient. Please ensure that your recipient is aware that they will be receiving something. Please ensure that your recipient's address is filled in correctly at the time of your purchase as I will be shipping to the address in your order, and not an altered, verbal or electronic change to receiver addresses after a purchase.

I do not refund for digital downloads as this item is impossible to return. It is recommended that you already know how to work with any digital file, .jpg or .png, to create with it what you want. I am unable to include teaching and instruction with my digital download image offerings and I don't price for that.
Digital downloads on Etsy should have no issue with downloading for you. If they do, please contact me and I will email it. I am only able to email once, and you must know your email program as to whether it will accept a .jpg or .png image of larger sizes. I am unable to be responsible for emailed files that you are unable to accept at your end.

I charge what it costs to ship. Size determines the cost in some cases. Canvas prints larger than 16x20 in. cannot be shipped via Canada Post and must go by a carrier that accepts freight, such as UPS. All my shipments are shipped with a tracked method, and in some cases, depending on the value, with signature required.
* The larger size options of my prints and canvas wall art all have a slight amount of the shipping costs in the item price. This is due to the fact that I cannot have variations in my shipping profiles to accommodate different sizes in 1 listing.
Please note that all my prints are sold and shipped Unframed, I do not offer framing, sue to shipping costs and issues.

Since I am the artist and designer of all my prints, patterns and the photographer of all my images, I am able to handle many different types of Custom requests that you may have. This includes colour and contrast alterations, making an image or pattern available on any product that I am able to successfully source from my print and manufacturing partners, or completely Custom concepts in most circumstances. Time and image availability will be the only hurdles in most cases.
Custom sizes are generally not available as they are set because I work with production partners.
